Quick, polite & helpful. Only found site yesterday, booked 10-2 appointment for today & got a phone call 1 hour before checking I'm available & giving me name of engineer. Excellent service and great response time - called and repaired same day - Lee the engineer was brilliant and very knowledgeable. The only reason not 5 stars is that it was a bit more expensive than I thought it would be, other wise brilliant service start to finish

After a little miscommunication between the liaison reception staff to my self and between the Company the repair expert, Kevin, ( who arrived within the prescribed 1hr slot) the job was assessed, quoted for, negotiated, agreed, and done on the same morning! Great! Even an advisory about the garage door lintel above was received!

I wanted something checking with my garage door. I was very impressed with the level of customer service and Kevin called within six hours of me making initial contact with the company. It transpired that there was nothing wrong with my door and I was charged nothing for the call and Kevin s service. I would have no hesitation in awarding this company five stars from my contact with them today if I have any need for ongoing maintenance to my garage door they will be my go to company. My electric garage door stuck half shut. I called Garage Doors Fixed, an hour later had a call back saying the team were an hour away, fixed, paid and done an dusted in an hour from arriving. Friendly, polite and easy to work with. I can't thank the team enough.
